Emma Attwood

Emma Attwood
Emma graduated from the University of Sheffield with a 2:1 in English Literature, before completing a P.G.C.E. the following year.

She spent some time teaching, working in childcare and as an SEN teaching assistant before deciding that she felt most passionately about teaching one-to-one.

Emma loves to read and visit the theatre. She would love to write her own children’s book one day. Her favourite musicals to date are Tarzan on Broadway, Mamma Mia and Beautiful – the Carole King Musical.

In her spare time, Emma has enjoyed volunteering and helping to make a difference in the local community and beyond. This has included working at her local library for the Summer Reading Challenge and putting together shoeboxes every year for Operation Christmas Child.

Of all the places Emma has been lucky enough to visit, New York, Jamaica and Paris have been her favourite destinations. She particularly loves to experience different cultures and cuisines whilst on city breaks across Europe.

Above all, Emma is a home bird who is happiest living in Cheshire with her family, partner and cat, Kasper.
